Aurora is an absolutely stunning black Canadian Warmblood mare with plenty of chrome to turn heads wherever she goes. She stands a stout 16.2hh and is a 12 years old. Aurora has a very friendly, curious personality and flawless ground manners. She is well broke to ride walk, trot, canter and has been ridden and shown English, western and bareback. She is also broke to drive! Aurora is a solid, well rounded horse that’s safe enough for the inexperienced beginner rider but also kind & willing for the more experienced rider to enjoy.... (read more) She has a steady trot and an uphill rocking chair horse canter. She comes with excellent transitions, she knows both canter leads and has great breaks. She collects up beautifully and will ride in frame with contact or happily go around on the buckle. Aurora is an extremely versatile horse that you can take in any direction. She will happily ride in a crowded arena, down a busy road, through tunnels, over bridges, in open fields and swim in chest deep water. She would make an excellent dressage horse, fox hunter or cross country eventer as she is extremely level headed. Aurora has been extensively trail ridden, road ridden and river ridden by total beginners and always takes excellent care of her rider. We have taken her over some fun jumps like fallen trees and different obstacles - she is always honest and willing!
