This is "BLACK MAGIC", a FAMILY AND YOUTH FRIENDLY BLACK ROCKY MOUNTAIN GELDING that is super gentle and extra smooth. He can perform his magic when you ride him, as if you are a beginner rider he can make you look like a pro! This nice gelding is one of the most relaxed and gentle gaited horses I have had all year. His quiet demeanor, his naturally smooth gait, and collected canter make him such a comfortable and easy horse to ride. He will walk relaxed on a loose rein, he stops on the verbal command of whoa, he is easy to steer, and he will one step lope when asked to do so into one of the comfiest canters ever.... (read more) He is soft in the bridle, patient, kind, and takes care of his rider. He has been ridden by youth, beginners, and novice riders with no issues. He stands 15.3 hands tall and is 12 years old. This is the very hard to find kind of gaited horse that is gentle enough for everyone, has the best natural gait, and he is super safe. He stands to tack, mount, and groom. You can get on and off of either side of him and he will stand still. He rides out alone, he is traffic safe, and he is fine with dogs trailing his heels.
