This lovely 15.2h sorrel QH is Maple, she is one of the sweetest girls I’ve worked with. She will welcome you in the pasture and is a very quick learner.
Maple is for sale because I had purchased her to give her a tune up as my next go to girl but having a baby really threw off that plan. I am also very happy to do an ON FARM lease at a very reasonable price if that is something of interest.

She is pleasure bred and would make a lovely brood mare or riding partner.... (read more)

She’s bold and brave not all to spooky only thing I have found her not to like is going into water. She came to me after sitting for a few years so she needed and still needs a spit shine. She has a lovely w/t/c and even with me getting some muscle on her she still needs more balance.
I have restarted all her ground work and going back through a solid foundation under saddle. She is sensitive around her chest and unfortunately I have no idea if something in her history plays a factor, she won’t do anything crazy aside from the nasty mare face.
She stands wonderfully for farrier/body work etc. only thing she will tell you to pound sand for is worming and I am currently working on the problem now with great results.
She goes both English and western, with some more work on head placement she could clean up in the hunter ring or go back to her pleasure roots. Her laid back easy going personality both on the ground and in the saddle shows that she will make an excellent advanced beginner and up horse. I say will make due to needing a little more polishing on the balance.

I do intend to continue to work with her and polish her up with the little free time I have so her price will increase the longer I have her but I do want to find her someone who will be able to give her unconditional love and plenty of attention.
