Wearing front shoes, my ground sucks, before he leaves I will have a fresh set on him. This gelding is nothing but an absolute pleasure to have around. You can do whatever you want on him. On top of all that he rides absolutely FANCY in the arena. Very low head set. Nice smooth walk trot lope, ride him on a loose rein, or ride him collected up and fancy it does not matter. He fits about every level rider. From beginner to advanced everyone will love him. He’s the kid to grandma package. He’s not spooky at all, if I had the energy to take him to the trail course for video I would. And if I do he will not be offered for this price. He’s sure footed. Goes where ever you point him. Saddles, blankets, ties, bathes, loads, hauls EXTREMELY quiet. Anything you can think of he’s good at. No mean bone in his body. Cinch him up and go ride. He’s got a lot more woah then go but will pick it up for someone that wants him to. He’s great with other horses in pasture. Or stalls. He travels with a very natural head set, ears forward and enjoying the view on trails. Not barn or buddy sour. Crosses logs, water, etc. Hes been rode down the road with traffic coming by, used to tractors, dirt bikes, crazy kids, dogs. When I bought him I noticed his upper teeth a little more worn down than the rest. It was swore up and down to me that he does not crib. I have seen him grab a fence for TWO seconds and walk off. He is not a sit all day and crib kinda horse, he’s in a stall now and I do not collar him, I’ve seen him grab the fence once for a few seconds and that’s it, however it is being disclosed.
