10 year old 15.2hh crossbred mare
Sweetest blondie on the planet, will meet you at the gate when you call her name and loves attention! Stands perfect for grooming, tack, mounting, etc. Quiet for the farrier and vet. 100% sound, no health or behavior concerns. Built solid and stays fat off air! Rides around nice in the arena or will trail ride all day long! She’s been my go-to girl for the last couple years, I’ve mainly used her as a guide horse for a trail riding string but recently started riding her more in the arena for fun.... (read more) Very responsive to cues, turns on a dime, great brakes and backs well. I have roped the dummy on her and she does great, but I have no idea if she’s ever been on live cattle. Will conquer any terrain you throw at her on the trail! Her only issue is that she doesn’t like to transition into a lope, but with a better rider I think she’d figure it out. Not a true beginner’s type horse, probably best for more of an intermediate rider or beginner working with a trainer, but there’s nothing stupid or dangerous about her she just isn’t dead-head slow. Very smart and willing, will be someone’s “heart-horse”.
Just had coggins, vaccines, teeth floated, and regular farrier work.
