• Started (30days) when young but been a broodmare since due to lack of time. She is only unshown due to lack of time on my part as my job got in the way at the time.
• Not selling as a riding horse, selling as a Broodmare ONLY!!
• Comes from working parents from older lines & has tons of cow sense (will chase them down if they dare enter her pasture, in the cover photo she was trying to intimidate the cows & bite at some over the fence when they got too close)
• With her older lines she would cross nicely on a modern proven stud either cutting, reining or even a speed stud. I had thought of maybe ‘Cajunish’ or ‘Shining in Town’ or ‘Spooks Delta Dude’ would cross well with her but haven’t had the time to do AI breeding.
• DNA’d with APHA for easy foal registration

• Proven Broodmare, consistent to type foals
• 7 Foals to date (gaps between past foals were all intentional)
• Catches on 1st breeding cycle & stays in foal
•Handbred once, mosty Pasture bred, she is very good for my stud
• Foals unassisted in pasture/paddock/stall (bonus so far has always foaled just before sunrise, so it made foal watch easier).
• Produces lots of milk without having to grain her, although she would never object to extra
• Very attentive mom who loves her foals
• Very easy keeper on pasture or orchard grass hay with full access to mineral & salt
• Allowed me to work with foals like towel drying them if needed (was cold the night her 2024 filly was born & i was able to towel dry her completely)
• Past Foaling range between 332 - 342 days in foal
• 188 Days in Foal (as of Nov 28/24)

EXPECTED FOAL INFORMATION

• Sired by: MARBLED RED STAR (ranch horse before being a stud, comes from a good line of working horses, calm & gentle stud who is smart & easy to work with, cowy.)
• 7th time cross of Proven Cowbred foals
• Produces willing & trainable minds, that are curious & brave & don’t hesitate to investigate scary things (2024 filly came & stood within 4’ of a working dozer cleaning pens at less than 1 month old & was as cool as a cucumber)
• I’ve had good feedback from buyers of these foals, & the one I still own is so smart & easy going (2024 filly), & until this fall I had 2 of her older foals but had to sell them for the same reason I am selling Scooter.
• Athletic foals, are catty with tons of speed
• Correct conformation
• Soggy build with Heavy Bone & muscle
