Buddy is a 12 year old 14.3 hand paint gelding he neck reins, lopes circles, and takes both leads. He has a nice slow trot, smooth transitions, and great head set.
He has been used in lessons and riding programs for beginners and kids of all ages. He is extremely gentle, and laid back, more whoa than go. He is a been there done it type well seasoned gelding. Safe for any level of rider has a ton of trail miles, will go anywhere you point him, crosses anything you may come across on the trail water, logs, rough terrain, etc.... (read more) No spook from wildlife traffic or machinery. We have taken him on over night camping trips.
He stands to be tied for the farrier, clipping, bathing, and grooming.he is easy to catch, the first one to you, gets along with all his pasture mates buddy is a nice all around well made gentle talented Gelding.
