Introducing Sparkles R.A.F. a black and white registered Friesian Sport Horse. She currently sticks at 14.3 hands tall but she's still growing expected to get at least 15 hands maybe 15.2 hands tall and she's still filling out a bit.
She has a good neck rein on her and knows how to move off of your leg and seat. She is a quick learner it doesn’t take much for her to catch on to new things. The one thing I really like about her is how curious she is.... (read more) If she sees something new she hasn’t seen before most of the time she’ll walk right up to it and want to check it out.
She has a lot of experience already for her age and she has NO bad habits or vices. She’s a sensible mare with a good head on her shoulders. She’s been in the river, crosses creeks, logs, and bridges. Stands still to mount, for tacking, and excellent for the Ferrier. She’s fine with traffic it doesn’t really seem to bother her at all. She’s even seen the train and that didn’t scare her! She’s been started with hobbles. She rides away from home alone just fine doesn’t care if she leaves the other horses behind. She’s fine to ride front or back. Loads right up in the trailer and backs right out hauls quiet.
She's a puppy out in the field she loves to be right with you in your pocket so needless to say she's very friendly. Gets along fine out in the herd low to middle of the pecking order doesn’t matter mares or geldings.
She has a nice trot that’s easy to sit to and her canter is very smooth as well, but she can also move out and do an extended trot too. She’s at the perfect age to continue her into whatever direction you want to take her and she really does pickup new things quickly I could see her doing some eventing, dressage, or some jumping with her movement and color she really does catch the eye.
She has been roped off from a little so she has a little bit of experience with roping a small calf and holding it. Sparkles has been started in the right way with natural horsemanship and is ready to go further into any direction you want to explore. She’s had the trail miles, arena work, and a little bit of ranching to give her a good solid foundation and she just has such a willingness and eagerness to please.
She comes up to date on shots, Coggins, dewormings, and a vet check. Just call if you have any questions or want to come see her two three 167 zero seven 10 one
