Mouse would make a great trail pony or lesson pony! She’s good in traffic, rides through puddles, carries a flag, etc. She has done well with kids- so far intermediate and up, but she has potential to be a beginner horse too. Good for farrier and vet, loads, can be naughty to catch but will always come for a bucket! She is more whoa than go and can neck rein if you know how to steer with your legs- I have the kids use two hands.

Cons- night blindness, so she needs to see the boundaries during the day.... (read more) As long as she knows where the fence is she will stay in any fence overnight! She has a slight head tilt from running into a post- has had chiro for it, seems to be just cosmetic.
