Meet Woody! This very handsome and sturdy quarter horse gelding is 12 years old and stands 14.3 hands. Woody has gorgeous red dun color, a real head turner! He is an excellent trail horse, confident and athletic. He can work hard all day if you ask. He is handy at ranch work, checking fence and stock. he will wear saddle bags and drag objects, bust the brush. he is sturdy and barefoot sound. Woody needs an experienced, confident rider that is used to a working type quarter horse.... (read more) He does best when he has a regular job and frequent riding. If he sits very long, he tends to get lazy when put back to work. He has a lot of endurance, agility and speed. He can handle any type of trail and would make a great competitive trail or ranch horse. He has been fearless on the tough trails, up and down the bluff, crossing soggy bottoms, rocky inclines, creeks, ponds... any obstacle we ask. He is surefooted and careful. He is up to date on coggins, worming, hoofcare etc. We are looking for the right home for Woody where he can be a happy, busy boy :)
