2014 Friesian X Arabian 15.2hh mare, l've owned her since she was 5 and started her under saddle. She has many logged hrs on the mtn riding in every terrain there is. Water, mud, snow, down timber, steep ridges, rocky terrain, ridden in the dark etc. She has gathered and pushed cattle here at home down the roads and on the mountain. The kids have ridden her.
She has seen wildlife of all sorts, rides with dogs, and atvs buzzing around. She is great to catch even on 40 acres (loves people), great to haul, load, deworm, shoe, trim, bath etc.... (read more) She is on 24/7 pasture turn out in the summer and on grass/alfalfa mix in the winter with a run in lean too. She is great in a herd, will lead or follow on the trail. She is sound, an easy keeper, utd on bimonthly de-wormer and farrier. She has more whoa than go but maintains a nice all day pace and is happy exploring the mountain. Registered with Friesian Heritage Horse, negative for hydro and dwarf, and sired by a Ster stallion that does well for himself in dressage.. Has had 3 foals, two via live cover and one via AI, she’s an excellent dam! Great mountain/ trail riding home is a must. No, hoof kickers she is already beyond reasonably priced to place her in a great forever home.
