11 yo percheron mare. Raven stands at 16.2 with a stocky build. She is barefoot and sound with no known injuries or maintenance. She is up to date. Raven is turned out in a mixed herd and isn’t mareish at all. She doesn’t crib, bite, kick, or weave. Raven is very easy to handle on the ground with a sweet gentle giant personality. She stands tied quietly, bathes, clips, loads, and is well behaved for the vet/farrier. She loads easily and comes right to the gate to be caught.... (read more) Undersaddle, Raven is more whoa than go. She stands quietly to be mounted from the ground or by a block. She rides english and western but is also a comfortable bareback ride. She will walk trot canter in the arena and picks up both leads. She absolutely loves to trail ride and will go out alone or in a group. She is bombproof on the trails and isn’t fazed by traffic, dogs, or water. No buck, spook, rear, or bolt. Raven is beginner/husband safe and would also make a great therapy horse.
