This is "SILVERADO", a beginner friendly GAITED SORREL JOHN MULE that rides as smooth as a Chevy Silverado! Anyone can ride. This mule is very broke, extra gentle, and has a nice handle on him. He has been used for ranch work, checking cattle in the pasture, and trail riding. He has been to the mule shows and is fancy enough to bring home the ribbons. He will one step lope. He has a true one hand neck rein and you can open and close gates off of him.... (read more) He is solid, gentle, and well broke. He stands 16.1 hands tall and is 14 years old. He has a super smooth gait that is so comfortable and enjoyable to sit. He has a collected canter and will lope nice circles and catch his leads. He also moves off of leg cues and stops on whoa. He has been across rivers on the trail rides and doesn't bat an eye at fast rushing water. He is confident and brave on the trails when out alone. He is not spooky and not nervous. You can pick up all four feet and handle his ears. He stands with or without a mounting block. He has packed saddle bags, is fine with dogs trailing his heels, and he has been to town. This mule is so cool and will make even timid riders feel confident. He is obedient, patient, and calm. View video at Watch Youtube Video call our phone number handrhorses
