Martini is a beautiful two blue eyed paint mare. She is seeking her next adventure! Martini is lightly started under saddle and knows the basics. She has had ground work done and training over time so is not a rushed one.

Martini likes confidence. She is best suited for an intermediate + rider or one working with a trainer.... (read more) Martini has about 20 rides with these owners and has been pretty low drama. You can definitely tell she was a riding horse at some point. Just needs it brought back. Martini will walk, trot, and lope under saddle and a walk and trot bareback. Martini LOVES the water! She has been hauled to the lake to hand walk around in and she splashes and paws.

Martini understands leg ques, ties, catches, bathes, and hauls. She would prefer someone who is going to be matter of fact with things, not someone who is going to feed into her nerves. It is mainly a front and when consistently worked with it’s less and less.

Martini is a great project for someone with some time. She seems to be the rewarding type of project from what I have seen. She truly just needs someone to start riding her! Martini has a few quirks; she is good to pick up her front feet but does need work on the backs. She also has a sarcoid that is being treated on the RF. And finally she has a slight off step in the hind end. Unsure if it’s lack of muscle and work or if there’s something there. Buyers are welcome to vet check and I have videos for serious parties. Owners adore this sweet gal, have just run out of time that she needs. She truly does love her people and her herd. She is pretty middle of the totem pole and an easy keeper. She loves to push the mini donkeys around! This girl has the heart and want!
