Maggie is a registered Tennessee Walking Horse Mare. She stands 15.2 hh at 3 years old. We have owned Maggie since she was a yearling.... (read more) She has shown an incredible amount of potential from the first time we laid eyes on her! Maggie was selected for her flashy appearance and smooth movement. Once we started riding her, we were sure of our selection. She walks and shakes like one should. She is gentle on the ground and patient under saddle. Maggie has been started slowly. She has spent lots of time working in the round pen on ground work which shows in her manners. We have recently been tuning in her movements, and she is one of the most impressive young fillies we have. She would make a fun trail mount for anyone who enjoys a smooth day in the woods, or she could also be your next All Day Pleasure show prospect if you are looking to put her in the ring. Either way, with her flashy looks, she will stand out wherever she goes! Maggie stands for mounting, backs and stops with ease. She is tolerant of dogs, children, guns, water, farm equipment, etc. She stands nicely in the cross ties and is respectful around other horses and people.
