He has had approximately 60 days riding, and has been easy from the start. In that time he has been ridden extensively out on the ranch, in the arena, and around cattle, and has had a rope thrown off of him but hasn’t roped anything yet. Mickey is the perfect age to take in any direction you choose, whether you want to make a ranch horse out of him, use him on trails, or take him to the arena and make a performance horse out of him. He has the mind and ability to do it all. Mickey is a pleasure to ride out in the pasture, crosses water with no problem, and has been taught to travel out and cover some ground. He is very sure footed and will go up, over or through anything you point him at. He has been taught to travel out in the pasture and can really cover some ground. Mickey has good ground manners, stands quietly tied, is perfect for the shoer, and gets along great in a herd. He will ride out alone as well as with a group, will happily lead or follow, and has been ridden down the road and in traffic and isn’t bothered by it.
