Joy is a 5 year old titled mustang mare (no adoption approval required). She has all the ground work done. She’s eager to please, and does best when invited into a partnership rather than forced to do things. Very food motivated, would make a great R+ horse, but responds to more traditional training methods as well. She loads well, picks up all four feet with just a tap, lunges etc. I’ve had her along with some of my trail rides and she’s very sure footed on the Rocky Mountain trails where I ride.... (read more) She’s been exposed to cows and does well with them. She is very respectful and ready to be started under saddle. She’s going to make a great horse in any discipline.

I mostly trail ride in the Rocky Mountains, and love a good quarter horse (although my dream horse is a Friesian). I teach western style lessons to kids and never turn down an invite to work cows.
