Arthur is a fancy broke 8 yr old, 14.2h, zebra stripped grey dun john mule. Arthur has been ridden by my entire family, including kids aging from 4 to 14, he is kind and forgiving to newer, less experienced riders. He is willing to cross obstacles, water, logs, or anything else with a simple ask by his rider.... (read more) He has been trail ridden all over the central united states including Caney Mountain, Arkansas, Emminance MO, and Shawnee National Forrest in Illinois. He handles the toughest of trails with a cool, confident demeanor. In Addition to trail riding, we have used him to rope and doctor calves, move pairs to different pastures, and ridden him to check fence lines. Arthur, neck reins one handed, side passes, lopes slow collected circles, slide stops, and back easily with collection. He has been desensitized with cards, flags, pool noodles, and umbrellas. He has great ground manners, walks with his handler and respects their space. He is great to handle his ears and feet as well. He trailers easily and will walk off the trailer or back off it. He rides in a regular QH bars saddle, has been ridden in a britchen , tail crouper, and pulling collar. He catches easily without feed. Arthur is a great mule, that will fit a first time mule family, or an experienced muleman/woman. It’s been an absolute please to own Arthur and Titus Equine is proud to offer him to the public.
