Pablo is sophisticated in the arena. He canters on the correct lead both directions, moves off your seat & leg effortlessly, has easy upward and downward transitions, a soft mouth, and a good stop. I’ve ridden him bridleless, maintained a canter in a circle with only the aid of my feet, and successfully asked him to stop with only the aid of my seat. Even though Pablo possess all of the fancy buttons, he easily accommodates a young or inexperienced rider. He eases into a direct rein, more whoa than go style for those who are still learning.
Pablo is fantastic on the trail as well. Very surefooted, confident, and not spooky in the slightest. He crosses water, rough terrain, and downfall with ease. He rides out across open fields just the same as he does through the woods. A ten year old boy has enjoyed numerous trips across open country and trails on Pablo. I also trust Pablo with the buddy seat, carrying my 20 month old son along with us on the trail. He’s that amazing!
Pablo is no stranger to ranch work. He has been used to push cattle, pasture rope, open/close gates, and is unbothered by working dogs right up under him while moving cattle. Pablo is also trained to drive. He stands to harness, hook, & is frequently lady driven. Pablo is truly a versatile mount.
Pablo is safe! Daily he is exposed to children, atv’s, farm machinery, traffic, and other livestock. He is unbothered by tarps, waving flags, and is GUN safe!
Pablo sells with current coggins, proof of vaccination, health certificate required for transport, and a recent wellness/soundness exam that he passed with flying colors!
