“Pour Me A Plan” is an April 2023 Red Roan Filly by Pour Me One out of Peppy Apache Plan, both very big bodied quarter horses. This pretty little girl, who we lovingly call “Sugar” or “Baby”, is not expected to mature to be very big. Possibly 14-15 hands at the most! She is built like a little cutter and has a good brain, she stands well for the farrier and stands to be groomed, bathed and fly sprayed. She’s very smart and picks up on things quickly!... (read more) She loads in the trailer well, and we have been playing with throwing saddle pads on her back and getting used to things hanging from her back and over her rump. She is brave and will cross any obstacle I put her up against. We are trying to put a relaxed, comfortable and confident disposition on her before she’s “broke” so that she is set for life to be someone’s champion.
