Ebony is as solid a trail horse as you will find. She isn’t ride and slide fancy broke but will go anywhere you point and isn’t spooky. She has a nice ground covering running walk and a really smooth fast trot as shown in the video. She is sweet and easy to do everything with even for a youth. My son who is 3 can handle her by himself leading, loading, etc. He can also ride her solo in the round pen and she is very forgiving of mistakes but definitely more whoa than go which can be a little frustrating for little legs.... (read more) Ebony is coal black with 4 white wheels and even has DAPPLES in the sun. She has good hard feet but does have shoes on front current because we are so rocky. She stands tied, loads, hauls, ponies, and all the things she should. Ebony’s owner is letting her go just because she was having to commute to go see her and didn’t have the time anymore. Ebony has been with me in training for a couple months and has been put through the paces. She recently had teeth floated by a dentist (age verified) and has a current coggins. Gehring Performance Horses

I took a bit of a break after having my son and sold several personal horses. That being said, I have missed training so will be keeping a few at a time, just not at many as before with a wild little toddler to chase around now. We take pride in offering high quality performance horses as well as family friendly trail companions. Everything that steps foot on this place has to be 110% safe under saddle as well as on the ground because my little boy thinks they all can be drug around the same as his ponies.... Our horse are never just arena horses, they are ridden on the roads and through town, by multiple riders including my toddler, are hauled everywhere to ride because there is no riding facility at my place with all the rock. My son loves to lead them around on foot, on his bike, or even from one of his many battery operated vehicles. A great mind no matter their job is always our first priority!! Be sure to check out our videos on youtube as we try to show absolutely everything we can so you feel like you know them before you ever bring your new horse home. Most of our buyers purchase and ship them off of their videos so we aim to be as comprehensive as possible. Don’t ever hesitate to ask if you want to see something that isn’t shown also.
