2 IN 1 PKG: 8YO registered (JC) mare in foal to a blue roan AQHA performance bred stallion PA Hancock Blue McCue. Foal is eligible for registry as an AQHA Appendix quarter horse. Mare retired sound at age 4 after 9 races. We sent her for retraining on trails and daughter used her as a trail horse, showed her in local dressage schooling shows, (intro C, Tr. 1, 2) and practiced jumping over crossrails. After daughter moved away several years ago, mare was bred and produced a beautiful Appendix QH foal.... (read more) She is a good mother, and well put-together with good straight legs and a lovely head. Her current foal is due late May/ early June 2025. She is up to date on vaccines, worming. Good barn manners, leads, ties, bathes, loads into the trailer, gets along with other horses. We want her to go to at least an intermediate rider, and preferably, someone with horse experience. I'm taking riding lessons on her right now, but she hasn't been ridden a whole lot since daughter left and since she was caring for her first foal (who is absolutely gorgeous).
