Meet Tango!! He is your been there, done that, ultra smooth, confidence-building trail horse deluxe!! Tango is a 14.2hh, 17 year old Missouri Fox Trotter with the personality of a puppy dog. He is a super sweet boy who has proven to be 100% safe for the beginner rider. He has excellent ground manners and stands great to be groomed, saddled & mounted. Tango is our go-to horse for any nervous or timid riders as he is super laid back and uncomplicated to ride.... (read more) He will happily ride English or western and he is a total *dream* to ride bareback as he comes equipped with some exceptionally smooth gaits!! Tango will happily walk on a loose rein, his gaited amble is a total delight, and if you give him a kiss he’ll effortlessly move into a charming, rocking-chair horse canter. He has excellent breaks and will easily pick up both canter leads. He also comes with power steering as he will direct rein and neck rein. Tango has been extensively trail ridden, road ridden and river ridden by absolute beginners. He is super level headed and has been exposed to everything from load traffic to dogs barking, to swimming in chest deep water with kayakers paddling next to him.
