Meet Nelly!

This precious three year old spotted saddle pony is a doll!

Nelly stands 13.2 and is gentle and easy to handle on the ground. She has great groundwork and ground manners and will lunge, roundpen, stand for desensitizing, work over obstacles, etc.

She is easy to catch, saddle, bridle, shoe, etc.

She has a wonderful gait and lope on both leads, nice stop and back up, good hip and shoulder control and has had a fair amount of miles outside, down the road and around cattle.

“Nelly” will be a great addition to somebody’s string. She loves trail riding and enjoys having a job. I would consider her more on the sensitive side. She will go with ease but also doesn’t mind a nice easy stroll around the farm.

Nelly is still young so will need a good horseman or experienced youth kid to continue her education. I believe with more training she has the temperament to be a wonderful children’s pony. She is kind hearted and easy to get along with.

We love Nelly and only want the best for her. She still has some filling out and a bit of growing to do. She’s had a good, soft start and has not been pushed.
