If you’re looking for a safe, gentle horse for the whole family, this is your guy. Miles is a laid back kind of guy and is happy to walk along, but has a nice handle and will go when asked. He neck reins, side passes, stops well, and backs. He has not spooked once with me, even in new environments or around loud machinery. He stands tied like a gentleman, and loads and unloads in any trailer with ease.

I have ridden him on many miles of trails, along roads, overnight camped, ridden double and bareback, gone over obstacles, through deep creeks, carried full saddlebags and a dog on his back, and ridden off alone.... (read more) My 10 year old daughter enjoys riding him on the trails.
I have worked cattle at the stockyards on him, and he handled the noise and chaotic environment with ease.
In the arena, I have trotted the barrels and poles, gone over cross rails, and thrown ropes and drug barrels from behind him. He will WTL nice circles and takes the correct lead.

He is not buddy or barn sour and I have not come across any vices. He’s passed all my silly tests with flying colors.
This gelding is truly a gem and has his whole life ahead of him. He is worked, had a fresh coggins, is shod all the way around and ready for his next partner to finish him in a discipline or to ride safely on the trails.
