God is Love more affectionately known as “Lovey” is offered to only the best home possible. He has been part of our racing family for almost 2 years and is an absolute favorite. Everyone who has been around him or been his groom, hotwalker, exercise rider or jockey love him and care for him. He has showed us that he is done racing as he is no longer competitive here at Laurel. HE IS NOT FOR SALE TO A RACING HOME. Here are the huge positives for this boy.... (read more) He is fully schooled in jumping as we tried steeplechasing with him as well this summer. He ran 1x over jumps at colonial and we brought him back to the flat. I have loads of video of him jumping and training. He has 5* movement and has the potential to be a top level horse. He has been out cross country, jumped all kinds of natural fences, crossed water and has been turned out with mares and geldings without a care in the world. Easy to catch, ships like a pro. Stands for vet, blacksmith, clipping etc. Loves water and loves having a bath. He has a goofy personality and will do anything for a peppermint or carrot. PPEs are always welcome at buyers expense. This is a serious horse looking for his next adventure. References will be required and a first right of refusal as well. RRP eligible as he last ran 10/19/24 at Laurel
