Bring the Party UC “Simon” is a 2021, 15.3+ hh (expected to mature to 16.1-16.2 hh) AQHA gelding by Fiesta Fudge (Zips Chocolate Chip x Slippery Asset) and out of Devine Nostril (Mad Flatter x Sundays on the Bay). Fiesta Fudge is a proven stud with plenty of miles and wins in several AQHA divisions, including All Around, Open Stallion, and Halter.... (read more) Simon’s grandsire, Zips Chocolate Chip, has produced several progenies that have gone on to accomplish similar titles within the AQHA world. Devine Nostril retired from her racing career to produce quality offspring. She stands at an impressive 17.1 hh, and passed her size and excellent movement on to Simon.
Simon has been lightly started under saddle. He has three solid gates while lunging and ground driving and is confidently walking and starting to trot under saddle. He has worn both English and Western tack and is comfortable and happy to go either way. Simon approaches obstacles eagerly, including water, flower boxes, tarps, and poles. He is a calm, curious, and bold horse who enjoys spending time getting pampered just as much as he enjoys his work. He wears front shoes and stands for the farrier and the vet. Simon also clips, ties, and has begun to accept bathing. He is an incredibly versatile horse and shows promise in whatever direction you choose to take him, including low level hunter jumpers, hunter or pleasure rings, and trails. He would be well suited for an amateur with a trainer or a professional to continue his training.
