Juventafee, River’s paternal granddam, is by the legendary Farmer and has produced extraordinary Grand Prix dressage and jumping horses. Angelina M, River’s dam, has produced quality foals for the UConn program, although all are still young, they are showing promise as dressage prospects.
River has a solid foundation in groundwork. She walks and trots confidently on the lunge and has begun to develop the canter. She has also been introduced to the surcingle and bit. She has bravely faced various obstacles with ease, including flower boxes, poles, tarps, and water. River ties, stands for the vet and farrier, and has been introduced to bathing. With her eye-catching movement, flashy look, and kind demeanor, River has a bright future ahead. She would excel as a hunter, dressage, or jumper prospect for a professional or an amateur with a trainer.
