Beautiful 16 HH Blue Roan gelding double registered Spotted Saddle/TN Walking Horse. White Blaze and stockings. Very forward leader when trail riding with a group, as he was bred for endurance and speed, yet will fall back in the group if asked. 20 years young, but stamina more than that of a 12-13 yr old! More go than whoa!! Smooth gaits! Loads/unloads himself, stands great for Ferrier (even for hot shoes), and bathes well too. Crosses creeks, experienced with various terrain, steady on narrow mountain trails too!... (read more) No problem with dogs, goats, tractors, skid steers, etc. No maintenance! Fine with mares or geldings! Good bone, great trail horse! Frequented Greyson Highlands/Chestnut Hollow/Mt Rogers camping with him. He’s been ridden in the American Heart Assn Myrtle Beach Ride, at Fox Creek, VA, Uwharrie, NC, Elkins Creek, OH, Staunton River, VA, H. Cooper Black, SC, East Fork, WV, and locally in southwest Virginia.
