This is "LINCOLN", a gentle SORREL JOHN MULE that has been used for trail riding. He stands 14.3 hands tall and is 14 years old. He is a quiet natured mule that you can pick up all four feet and handle his ears with no problems. He has excellent ground manners, stands tied, loads, bathes, and hauls quietly. He will cross any depth of water without hesitation and will go where you point him. He has been ridden in large groups and will go in the front or the back.... (read more) He has had novice riders on him and he is user friendly. He lopes off with no hump and has a nice collected easy to sit canter. He walks out nicely on a loose rein and stands when asked to whoa. He is traffic safe on the roads, not spooky, and fine with tractors, side by sides, trucks, and motorcycles. He is a great mule for someone just wanting to get on and go without having to school on one. He is always up for a trail ride and enjoys being in the woods and on the trails. He has also been ridden in the pastures with cattle. He is a gentle mule that is not complicated to get along with. He also has been ridden in the indoor and outdoor arena.
