This is "KERMIT", a family, beginner, and youth friendly GRAY RETIRED RANCH GELDING that anyone can ride. He has been used for ranch work, been roped off of, and is an excellent trail horse. He has been to the team sortings and pennings and done very well. He has also been shown in the ranch pleasure and been used for lessons. He is responsive and well trained. He will sit down and turn around, stop easily, back up for any distance, and he is very broke in the rib cage.... (read more) He will side pass, yield nicely, and you can open and close gates off of him. He rides very collected, low headed, and calm. He has a smooth pitter patter jog and a super comfy short lope. He will go anywhere you point him, he has excellent ground manners, and he is gentle. He is cowy, fun, and broke. He won't go any faster than his rider asks of him, yet if you need him to step in up a notch and get around, he can. He is a nice family horse, confidence builder, or ranch horse that you can pleasure ride. He stands 15.1 hands tall and is 14 years old. He has been there and done that.
