15yo POA mare standing 14.2h with tons of show miles! Sandy has been to the Virginia State 4-H horse show with 3 different riders and has always been in the ribbons! She has been shown as a hunter flat pony, low level over-fences,ponyclub and even some western dressage and sidesaddle. She is not spooky, and has literally been everywhere and done everything. She trail rides like a pro, loads herself, confident going places, loves to have her own kid to play around with and has proven herself as a wonderful broodmare this year!... She’s UTD on everything and is 100% easy with her vet and farrier care(always barefoot and sound) and super easy keeper.

Sandy would be best suited for a confident beginner or intimidate rider as she can get forward outside the ring and likes a soft hand on the reins. Sandy happily jumps up to 2’ but is not happy any higher. She’s done a lot of lessons but is best for intermediate and up. She can be a bit mare-ish in the spring and does best on a mare supplement during show season. She is just coming off of weaning her baby so she will need to be brought back to work.
