Month to month all inclusive half lease on a 12 year old Rocky Mountain mare. ($275/month) She's been a trail and lesson horse. Very calm, gaited and broke. Not fancy broke. She is gentle, and requires active engagement at times to get going. She knows groundwork and is being trained to be a little fancier.

Lease Details
3 acres for riding around on site, roundpen available
Tack provided
Beginner, Advanced Beginner lessons twice a month available
Medical deposit required($600), returned when lease ends if horse hasn't required unique care
7am-8pm any day of the week, can ride up to 3 days each week
