8 year old 16.3 hand Gelding. Would be a perfect intermediate adult ammy level. I believe he would excel in the hunter ring but has the stride for a jumper ring. He has been started over fences but still green. He is more whoa than go and is easy going for a thoroughbred. He has a good personality and loves people. I have used him in lessons, my inexperienced husband rides him around, he goes English or western, and he has been on trail rides as well.... (read more) No buck or rear. He ties and trailers. I would still consider him green and learning. His biggest cons are, he likes being around people and other horses wouldn’t do well completely by himself. He also has bones spurs in his front knees from an only injury before I had him, I do not know the story, I did have them x-rayed and he is cleared and was told they don’t affect him but they do look a little funny. I have owned him for 1 1/2 years and have had no lameness issues with him. I would give first preference to a home with a trainer. I’m only finding him a new home as I don’t have the time to dedicate to him and I know he will make someone a good horse.
