2017 Standardbred gelding "Squeak"- registered Regal Assets. Has been under saddle for 3 years following his race career. Goes English or western, ridden in snaffle bit or bitless. This horse loves people and attention. He is 16.3 hands, so best suited to a teenager or adult with some horse experience due to his size and young age. Has been trail ridden in the woods and around the farm. His ideal job is as a pasture pet with some light walk and trot work under saddle.... Lane of Dreams Farm LLC is an equestrian training center for people and horses established in 2005 by Claire Johansen and Julie Vogel. Their mission is to share their love of horses and life lessons horses teach us as well as be an asset to the Seneca County Community. Lane of Dreams professional instructors provide experience with horses in a safe, fun environment on a working farm. Lesson programs are available for all ages.... Instructors are experienced teaching beginners thru advanced riders in western and English riding including jumping, dressage, reining, ranch riding and trail riding. The facility is located on a 50 acre farm with two indoor arenas 70”x135’ and 70’x 90’ and a 200’x 100’ outdoor arena. Boarding, full and partial lease options are available.
