Snowflake is a fabulous pony with a hard to find temperament. She loves people and is great with kids. Despite her small size she is stocky enough to carry medium sized adults. At 160 lbs, I've ridden her on many trail rides. She is wonderful on or off the lunge line and a great teacher for beginners. On trails, she has a very big walk and covers a lot of ground quickly while staying perfectly relaxed. She crosses obstacles calmly and willingly and has yet to spook in my presence.... (read more) When she follows another horse, she adjusts her speed and keeps an appropriate following distance. She trailers great and is easy to handle all around. Snowflake does have an old suspensory ligament injury that limits her to mostly walk-trot riding, but she requires no maintenance for this level of work, and goes barefoot. She is also an easy keeper, requiring no grain, and can go out on pasture as long as it's not incredibly lush. She does not need a dry lot and has no vices. She doesn't even mind being left alone if all the other horses on the property leave!

We have a great arena that drains well, so you don't have to wait for anything to dry out to come and meet her. If you'd like to follow up with a test trail ride, I can arrange that in a few days when things dry out! Price negotiable to the perfect home.
