Agent K is a very gentle, well-mannered and solid built grade 12-year old, 14.3 hand sorrel gelding that’s very user-friendly to ride and work with. He has been a one owner horse since he was a yearling and has been rode all over the badlands of South Dakota. K saddles up gentle and stays gentle, regardless of how often he is rode. He has a good one hand, neck, rein and nice slow jog and will lope out on cue. Takes his leads, has a good stop, back soft and will side pass with ease to work the gate.... (read more) He is outstanding to ride around our busy neighborhood streets as well as out on our mountain trails. In the neighborhood K is solid and settled. He is unconcerned about all of the busyness of our urban streets and rides quietly with all fast passing vehicles from cars, trucks, motorcycles, and bicycles. He handles the local mini farm with the pigs, goats, chickens, and ducks, as well as the neighborhood charging barking dogs with ease. He is equally solid to ride out on our rugged, steep mountain trails and through our Rocky River bottom. He will lead, follow, ride quietly and respectfully in a group or out on his own. Crosses the river, down timber, Trail, bridge, creeks, etc. He is safe and surefooted in steep terrain and in the rocks. K is a super sweet and friendly gelding that has a get along kind of temperament. K has been used on the ranch for all of the ranch chores and has a lot of outside experience Ranch roping, dragging calves to the branding fire and sorting cattle. He’s good to bathe, Tie, tack, mount, shoe, load and haul. He has no bad habits or vices of any kind. This is a very nice gentle gelding that gets along well turned out with other horses and is just a very good, sound and gentle horse. He would be a great mount for a lot of People. 100% safe, sane and sound.
