Under no fault of his own, I am selling Panda Bear because I can no longer afford to have horses. Bear is 7 years old stands at 15.1hh and a very smart horse who is always looking forward to learning more as he goes. He has been started under saddle and has many miles on him both ridden English and western and loves to trail ride. He’s gone camping numerous times and does very well. He very much enjoys ground work and free lunging and loves to join up with you when working at liberty.... (read more) He trailers perfectly fine. He needs someone who will have confidence for him in order for him to be confident as well and needs to know he can trust you to lead. He is not for a beginner but has had many beginners on him with a trainer present so he is not for a first time owner unless they are working hand in hand with a trainer. He can be pushy on the ground sometimes but only because he wants to be in your lap and be near you. he has a very soft mouth. he’s never bucked never reared and never taken off with anyone but he does do a few side steps once in a while if he spooks at something. Once you redirect his attention to you he’s fine. he does have Fecal water syndrome but it is controlled very well by being on the Uckele GUT supplement as well as kept on second cut hay and also fed KisTrace supplement and Flaxseed with Timothy pellets. I strongly recommend keeping him on this diet because I have tried everything for him and this is the only thing that has worked for him. He is very in your pocket type personality and will always want to be with you wherever you go. He has perfectly strong and well cared for feet and he is always kept barefoot, I work with a barefoot specialist for his monthly foot trimmings and he has never taken a lame ouchie step ever because of this and his diet. he is very sure footed and would excel in Dressage, Western Dressage, Trail Riding, Jumping, Eventing, Barrel Racing, ect. He’s good for the vet the farrier the dentist, ect. No vices. He was difficult to find tack to fit him properly so his price is reflecting the fact that he will come with all his tack. English bridle, western bridle. Western saddle and breast plate, Dressage saddle, ect.
