Oakley is approximately 15.3 HDs and 15 yrs old. He’s definitely a barn favorite with his sweet disposition. He is the perfect companion gelding and a caretaker of other horses. We currently turn him out with our young filly and he’s a babysitter to her. He has impeccable ground manners. Will stand quietly for grooming, bathing etc. He is an absolutely stunning gelding that has a sweet disposition and a big heart. We are looking for a forever home for him.... (read more) We have our farm up for sale and that is the reason he’s for sale. He is not sound enough to ride currently but with shoes and some joint injections he may be sound enough to lightly ride at a walk and possibly a trot. He appears to have some arthritis in his front left fetlock. We were told he use to be a ranch type gelding. We have owned him for some time. Hes not had any health issues such as colic etc. He still has a lot yet to offer to the right person or family as a pet, companion gelding, therapeutic horse etc. He’s currently stall kept with daily turnout like the rest of our horses.
