Meet Ariel!! She is an absolutely gorgeous chestnut paint mare who is 14 yrs old & stands 15.1hh. Ariel is an awesome all around riding horse - uncomplicated & super smooth for the beginners to learn on, yet responsive & willing for the advanced riders to have fun with!! She is well broke to ride wtc and has been ridden English, western & bareback. She will happily walk on a loose rein down the trail, next to loud traffic on the road or inside of a busy arena.... (read more) She has a super smooth, steady jog that you can sit or post and comes equipped with a delightful rocking-chair horse canter. She has easy transitions, flawless breaks and knows both canter leads. Ariel is the type of horse that will excel in any direction you would like to take her - be it dressage, hunter jumper, fox hunting or trail riding. She has been extensively trail ridden, road ridden & river ridden. Out on the trails she is a bold, fearless leader. She will happily head out alone, lead a group or just hang out in the back. She is an extremely level headed mare who rarely ever spooks. She loads like a champ and has been hauled to several different parks for all day trail rides. She’s been exposed to everything from deer, bicyclists, water, bridges, tunnels, dogs & kayakers and isn’t bothered by any of it.
