Mare and filly (9 months) brought up to Indiana last June from Bowie Texas livestock. Barn owner now terminal and these girls need a place to go.
Mare is sweet and calm, gets along with the other horses no problem, trusts everyone around her baby. I have seen her ridden so know she’s broke, probably also pulls cart. . Coggins negative. Farrier has been out twice and her feet look good.
Filly is sweet and tame but no one here knows how to halter train a foal so we don’t want to mess it up.... (read more)
