Meet Seraphina WGF aka “Misty”

Misty is a 16 year old (2008) dual registered F1 Drum (Gypsy/Clydesdale) maiden mare. She is registered with the IDHA and Gypsy Horse Association (Gypsy Heritage Division) as a Drum Horse.

Sire is: Pendragon DFG x The Lion King
Dam is: Osage Jessica Jean x Osage Glen

She stands 15.1 hands. She is a Bay Tobiano with one blue eye and one brown eye.
Misty has an extremely sweet disposition and willing nature.... (read more) She has EXCELLENT ground manners, stands well for the vet and farrier, cross ties, trailers, and LOVES to be groomed and loves baths. She has had some dressage training and some cowboy challenge training. She has been horse camping, ridden in the mountains, and on the beach, all with taking everything in stride. Misty has an old injury of the coffin joint. The vet suspected soft tissue and Collateral ligament because joint space was uneven. She was treated with IRAP with a year off and was cleared by the vet for walk/trot work with no other problems to the area and is serviceably sound. She has been back to work for over a year with no problems.
Misty is looking for new pastures and a new riding companion due to her owner’s health, and inability to ride again. The ideal companion would be someone who is a confident rider and likes leisurely trail rides and is looking for a willing equine partner to explore new adventures.
