I am helping a friend find a perfect match for Mr. Monty! He is a unique fella and deserves his next kiddo!
This is one I wish I didn’t have to list because all of his people really love him, which breaks my heart. He is super broke, has impeccable manners on the ground and under saddle. He was used for WAHSET in the winters and is the same ride no matter how long he has off or how much he works.... (read more) He’s just an all around fabulous gelding! I’ve seen him take naughty racehorses like he was 17hh tall and not get worked up at all.
Monty is good for trails and I’m told he enjoys that a lot! He does not need to sell and has a home with his current connections but she feels he would like to have some kiddos to love him and a bit of an easier life. Monty has put the time in being a pony horse and is ready for his "retirement." His connections say he has always been a work horse the majority of his life! I am also told he has roped in the past, but do not have proof of it at the moment. Anyone can ride and handle him. He is a very gentle horse.
