WOW! If you are looking for a good natured, well trained gentle giant you should take a look at Everest. He is a 5 year old, 16.1 hand draft cross gelding with that sought after Buckskin color and is well trained and handy for his size. Everest will side pass over with ease next to anything you ask him to for easy mounting. He is also trained to lay down on cue for an easy mount and dismount as well. He will side over to the fence for get on with just a few kisses.... (read more) This is a very gentle and good natured horse. In the arena Everest will be soft in the face, has a nice jog and lopes out with ease. Takes his leads, stops and backs well and will side over to work the gates. He is outstanding to ride around our busy neighborhood streets as well as out on our mountain trails. Handles the urban environment stuff like it’s just another day at the office. He has a lot of mountain trail riding and packing experience. Will lead, follow, ride quietly in a group or out alone. He picks his way through our rocky and steep terrain very well. Crosses, creeks, rivers, down timber, Trail, bridges, etc and knows where to put his feet. Everest is also trained to drive and drives both single and double. He has been used on the ranch for all ranch horse chores and he can rope the wildest of bulls hold it and handles it with ease. He has also been used to sort cattle on. This is a really good natured, user friendly gelding that would suit many people. He is 100% sound and has no vices or bad habits. Not many like him!
