Billy
15 year old grade quarter horse gelding
15.1 hands barefoot

We just got Billy in for a refresh and this nice gelding is well broke to ride, is a seasoned trail horse, neck reins (he’s a little rusty but he knows), has primarily been pastured but is okay in a stall (though he prefers being out). He’s easy to catch when turned out, cross ties, not spooky, and didn’t even flinch when I clipped his bridle path today.... (read more) He’s got the smoothest jog! He will canter but is a little rusty on the pickup.
Owners have spent the summer trail riding him and he’s only for sale because he can be pushy with some of their older horses.

This would be a great horse for someone who is looking for an all around quarter horse who you can just jump on and go!

Gaited breeds welcome! We have trained many horses for show, pleasure, trail riding. Our horses are given a solid foundation and excel in many divisions.
