Zara has been ridden both Western and English. She enjoys the trails, has done overnight camping, has been exposed to traffic, dogs, cows and even pulled logs and had a rope thrown off her. She is naturally bold and curious and not spooky. She has been introduced to dressage and displays that beautiful Friesian movement — of graceful, fluidity. While still green and continuing her education, she’s smart, quick to learn and perfect for someone looking to further develop her potential.
She is affectionate and friendly and will walk right up to you in the pasture. She is known for her bond with “her person” and prefers a partnership that allows for “conversation”, because like most mares, she has an opinion (nothing nasty - she just likes to tell you what she thinks about things). She is 100% sound & Barefoot. She’s easy for the farrier and is up to date on all vaccinations and Coggins. She trailers easily in both slant and straight-load trailers and is the same on and off property. Zara is best suited for an experienced rider or an amateur in a program or working with a professional.
