Ready was started as a harness/saddle seat mount, shown at some of the big breed shows as a 3-5 year old and then spent the last 9 years as a dressage horse. He has solid gaits and does lateral work well. He was recently introduced to jumping and loves it! He ate up the XC course his first time out and was happily schooling water and beginner novice fences. I’ve taken him to two local 2-phases and he brought home blue both times. Ready is not a horse for beginners as the world outside an arena is still new and Ready can get a little hot; he prefers a calm, confident, and soft rider.... (read more)
No buck/bolt/rear but can occasionally be looky. Ready ties to the trailer, loads well and is great for vet & farrier. He respects electric fence and is currently out 24/7 with a mixed herd; he blankets and stalls well.
