Cookie is a 20-25 year old pony with a fun personality. She enjoys people in her own special way and is pretty earnest in whatever you ask her to do. Cookie is a kid safe horse, but is not bomb proof. Despite that, she takes great care of her riders.
Cookie can be a little spicy at the lope. If she is out of shape, she doesn't like to be pushed very hard, but once she is in shape, this problem goes away.
Cookie is very willing and will walk over poles, bridges, go around barrels, do poles, and many other things.... (read more) She loads, ties, stands for farrier, and will let you bathe her. She also doesn't let her old age show, she has a lot of energy and doesn't act like she is in her twenties.
The younger kids enjoy riding Cookie, and we have put beginners on her and she was well behaved. We are selling because the kids are getting too big for her.
She has a negative coggins and has had her teeth floated recently.
