Gold Rush Kizzie. 8yr old, Mare, 16h. Kizzie had 37 starts before retiring. She went to Mid-Atlantic to have villonodular synovitis and bone chips removed from both front ankles. Surgeon at Mid-Atlantic was able to remove everything successfully and reported she will not have any career limitations.
Kizzie is barefoot and sound. She has NOT been restarted yet. I have been doing occasional groundwork/walking over poles with her. Kizzie is ready to begin a new career.
