Rosie is a 15hh, 18 years young, chestnut Quarter Horse mare. Rosie is a sweet but speedy horse in the saddle with fantastic ground manners. Rosie is part of our current lesson program and has taught kids 6 years old and up. This girl is SAFE! She is looking for someone ready to hop on and go. She has the fitness to do several miles on the trail and has been ridden extensively on the beach. Not much phases this girl. She would be great for an intermediate rider starting barrels, gymkhana, eventing, hunter paces or someone who likes to take the trails fast!... (read more) Rosie can be ridden western, english, bareback, backwards and sideways. She comes equipt with fantastic neck rein and direct rein. She is an easy keeper, lower on the totem pole, and goes out with mares and geldings. She is up to date on her vaccines, coggins, teeth, feet, and dewormer. Rosie is good with both the vet and the farrier, hops on a trailer, and as you can see with the tarp, generally unflappable. Located in Whiteville, NC.
